If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within three days of receiving the item for assistance.

Custom Items

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold. Standard items are eligible for return.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • The item is custom-made and non-resalable.

3. Engraving Modifications

Requests to change engravings may not be possible after the initial 4-hour period, but we will attempt to accommodate if feasible.

4. Fulfilled Orders

Once fulfillment has begun, including packaging and shipping, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
